Is Your Phone Killing Your Relationships?

Don’t be a zombie.

Put down your phone and look deeper into the eyes and hearts of the people around you.

Stop filling your head with endless fluff reels that suck up all your energy and leave you so empty that you can’t even be around other people.

Be intentional. Treat your relationships like the jewels they are while you have them.

The humans right in front of you are way more important than the media on your screen, not the other way around.

You have enough time to go deeper in your relationships. You just have to decide that they matter enough to you to try.

Listen more.

Zone out less.

Be fully present in the moment.

You can always go back to your favourite apps and shows, but you can’t go back to lost moments with your loved ones.

You can replay digital skits and clips 10 times in a row, but you only have one shot to show up in real life.

Cherish every opportunity to love out loud. Don’t fritter away all your precious hours on social media.

Your relationships thrive when your conversations are rich, full, and vibrant.

Ordinary moments become beautiful memories when you’re fully present and deeply engaged.

So spend more time with other people and less time glued to your phone.

Because your phone can’t love you back, but your people can.
