Much of everyday life takes place above the surface. We run errands, talk to people, buy things, drive from point A to B; just a few of the things we do on autopilot. Yo<\/span>u know, part of the rote and all that.<\/span><\/p>\n But what about the rest of the iceberg? What about the multitude of ideas and dreams and treasures below the surface? What about the light buried in the darkness because we can’t find the time to air out our coffers?<\/span><\/p>\n The surface is a seductive place. It is level, familiar, comfortable. We settle into an easy rhythm, power on day in and day out<\/span><\/p>\n until<\/span><\/p>\n something<\/span><\/p>\n jolts us.<\/span><\/p>\n What are you doing? Where are you going? Are you working by instinct or rote? Are you fuelled by passion or necessity? Who are<\/span><\/em> you?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Gouge the surface. Let your comfort bleed out so your power can emerge. Let your familiar go so your exotic can bloom. Exchange the level for the hidden depths of your core.<\/span><\/p>\n What is your core? Can you find it? Can you ID it? Do you want it? Do you dare?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Gouging the surface is a wilful act of destruction, but in a good way. See, you have to go deeper than autopilot before you can access anything special or exhilarating. You have to break through the shells and layers insulating your brilliance and light.<\/span><\/p>\n I use the word ‘light’ because I believe each of us possess a light to bless the world in a special way. I believe each of us can light a path that is unique to our direction and intuition; in other words, no one will ever know of a particular path unless you<\/span> light it. You<\/span> must show the rest of us where to go because you hold the key to that particular mystery. But how can we know unless you show us?<\/span><\/p>\n I’m here to wake you up. I’m here to challenge you. I’m here to make you question your values and ideals and the motives behind your actions. I’m here to urge you out of complacency and drudgery. I’m here to invite you on a journey into<\/span> yourself, a journey to enhance your productivity and quality of life.<\/span><\/p>\n You determine the life you live. It’s up to you: either make your days extraordinary or watch them blend into one another in bleak shades of grey. You can choose bold splashes and brilliant hues or muted tones and dim monochrome. My only question is this: are you sure you are truly alive?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n You simply exist when you keep your head down and do only\u00a0<\/span>what’s necessary to survive. No frills, no thrills. Ho-hum.<\/span><\/p>\n You’re alive when you add some extras into the mix and feel good about yourself. Maybe you don’t always get what you want, but hey, life is OK. Bravo.<\/span><\/p>\n You are truly <\/em>alive when you break free of your surface, when you shed its restrictions and dance in the flow of your core.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Your core is the hub of your deepest passions and desires, the cradle of your intuition and discernment.
